Question – What is the difference between a string trio and string quartet?
A trio comprises of one viola, one violin and a cello while a string quartet comprises of two violins, a viola, and a cello. Although we also offer trios at event, but the harmonies is usually less complete and the whole sound is less full. This is why we often recommend a quartet as people have come to love the quartet repertoire. However, we have played successfully as trios in event over the years.

Our band plays popular songs that are guaranteed to delight your audience. If you have a preference for a particular song-list, do let us know in advance.

Question – Can I have a special piece of music arranged?
Absolutely! We can arrange the music for you, if it’s not in our repertoire.

Question – How much space do you need?
2m x 3m is ideal.

Question – Can we choose the music for our event?
Yes. You can choose a specific number of songs for your events and we will fill in with similar music. However, you need to send your preferred song-list in advance (Like 2 weeks before the event). Contact us to for more details.

Question – Can you liaise with the wedding planner to make sure the event run smoothly?
Absolutely! We can liaise with the coordinator to work out the practicalities to ensure the program runs smoothly. We will also meet with our client as some point to ascertain the correctness of some of the information that was passed. However, keep in mind that our contract is with you and not the event planner so they should be reminded of our schedule. Please contact us to discuss the details.

Question – Do I need to provide anything for the quartet?
Yes. Please provide four arm less chairs in good condition with a cover if we will be playing outside. We will also need good lighting as well as a room to change and store our handbags and instrument cases.

Question – Do you only play at weddings?
No. We can also perform at fundraising events, wedding anniversaries, engagement parties, birthdays, corporate events, formal dinners, Christmas parties, and concerts.

Question – What will your string quartet wear?
Generally, we wear elegant black, but if you will prefer a particular dress code, please let us know and we will gladly comply.
