Question – For Projector Rental, what is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 1 day

 

Question – How far ahead must I do a booking for Projector Rental?

Typically, we require only 3 days in advance.  However, during peak seasons, it is better that you book at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure that you are able to reserve the ideal projector.

 

Question – Is setup provided for the Projector Rental?

It is necessary for us to help set up the commercial grade projectors due to the weight, complexity and the relatively high costs of the projectors. For the smaller projectors, you should be able to do it yourself as they are plug-and-play.

 

Question – What if the projector breaks down?

The most common failure of a projector break-down is the bulb, and all of our quality projectors on rental to you comes with a spare bulb to take care of the unexpected. We will also dispatch a technician or send a replacement unit onsite if it is a problem that cannot be resolved easily.
