Invitation Cards are a great way to formally invite your guests for an event. They are hassle free as we will take care of printing the individual names of your guest and your signature on every invitation card. We can even provide the envelopes with the address label printed on them and mail them out for you.  The invitation cards are custom designed and printed on a wide variety of paper types to choose from.

Question – What is the difference between your invitation cards and standard invitations cards?

Our invitation cards are customized according to the theme of your event. In addition, our invitation cards are personalized with the individual name of your guest on it, together with your printed signature(s).  This saves you a lot of time from writing your guest names and signing on every invitation card.

Question – What is the minimum quantity I must order for the Invitation Cards?

The minimum order quantity is 100pcs..

Question – How far ahead must I order the Invitation Cards in advance?

Generally, we require 4 to 5 working days to print the invitation cards and envelope labels upon confirmation of artwork.

Question – How do I know how many Invitation Cards I need for my event?

Generally, we recommend that you print another 10% extra without any names on it as spares.

Question – How do I submit the guest list to you?

We will need you to provide us the guest list in a Microsoft Excel File.  Our consultant will email to you a sample excel file for you to fill in to submit to us.

Question – What happen if there are any spelling errors in the Name or Address?

We look forward to your understanding that there is no way for us to check if the spelling of the names or addresses are correct.  We will need you to check them carefully before submitting to us.
