Having Props for your events will enhance the look and feel of your event. Event Props also provide an opportunity for your guest to take photos before the event and make the event even more memorable for them. We have hundreds of props for various themes suitable for events, parties and weddings. Frequently Asked Questions

Question – How much in advance do I need to book the décor in advance?

Generally, we advise customers to book 2 to 3 weeks in advance. However, do take note that the last quarter of the year (October to December) is our peak season and some of the props may be rented out.

Question – How much does it cost to decorate an event?

This will depend on the item type and number of items required as well as the duration of rental. Please contact us to browse through our catalogues to list out the items you require and we will provide you with the quotation.

 

Question – Besides providing the decoration items, is your company able to provide manpower to setup the props?

Most of the items do not require our manpower to help to set it up. In the event where the item is very large, bulky or complex, our man will help you to set it up.

Question – Am I able to purchase some of the items from you?

All our items are custom made and are not for sale.

 

Question – What happen if some of the items are damaged during the event?

If the items are damaged during the event, we will deduct from the deposit the cost of repair or the cost of replacement if they are beyond repair.

 

Question – Are you able to design and build the props for us in the event we are not able to find anything suitable from your catalogue?

You can request for us to build customized event props for you but this would like a longer time and are probably more costly.

 

Question – Do have any catalogues for us to look at?

Yes, our sales consultant will show to you our catalogue during the initial discussion to understand your requirements on the event props required for the theme of your event.
