A Lanyard is required for your guest to wear their Event Badges as a pendant around their neck. Some guests do not like to pin the badges on their clothing as it could daamge their clothing. We provide Event Lanyard Printing Services for you to print your company logo and tagline on the lanyard so that your company logo and tagline remains visible throughout the event. Please leave the last sentence ‘Please call us at……….” untouched as it contains a code to display our future phone number from settings so that whenever we change phone number, we do not need to edit all the 150 pages. Question – What is the minimum quantity I must order for the lanyards? The minimum order quantity is 500pcs. Question – How much notice do I have to order in advance for the lanyards? The lanyards have to be ordered about 1 week in advance. Question – How do I know how many lanyards I need for my event? We would recommend that you order the same quantity as the number of badges, which is usually about 10% more, in case of contingency. Question – How many types of Lanyards to you have? For Lanyards, we have a wide range of colours and widths of Lanyards to choose from. Usually, our clients will choose a colour of the lanyard close to their Corporate Colour eg. Yellow for Kodak, Red for Coca Cola, etc. and print the company name in white on the lanyard. You may also choose a wider landard if you prefer to put a more detailed message on the lanyard. Question – Can I keep the Lanyards after the event? Yes, the lanyards are re-usable, as long as you remember to request that the guest drop their Badges and Lanyards at the exit after the event. When speaking with our Event Lanyard Printing consultant, please inform them that you would like to opt for a more durable lanyard as we also have different Lanyard materials to choose from.
