Question – I can drive my guest around. Why do I need to hire a chauffeur?

Not only will a chauffeur project a professional image, engaging a Chauffeur Service will also free yourself to other tasks and let  you focus on briefing the VIP on what to do during the event.

 

Question – Are you able to provide Chauffeur Service for only a few hours a day?

Our Chauffer Service are provided on a daily basis from 9am to 6pm. Any requirements outside or these working hours will be charged on an hourly basis.

Question – How do I identify your Chauffeur?

Our Chauffeurs are dressed in a uniform with a name badge.

 

Question – What are your charges?

Our charges depend on time and duration required. Please call our sales consultation for a quotation.

 

Question – How far ahead must I order the Chauffeur Services in advance?

Generally, you will be able to book the Chauffeur Services 2 to 3 working days in advance.

 

Question – Are the passengers insured when driven by your Chauffeur?

Passengers are normally covered by Insurance. If you are hiring the vehicle from us, then your passengers will be covered under our insurance policy.  For your own vehicle insurance coverage, it is best that you check with your own insurance company.

 

Question – Are there any areas your Chauffeur do no cover?

Basically, our chauffeurs are able to drive to most areas in Singapore. However, some of our chauffeurs may not be local Singaporeans, and for any restricted areas, it is best to submit our Chauffeur’s particulars for pre-approval to avoid any inconvenience.

 

Question – Are your Chauffeur able to transport our guest to outside Singapore (eg. Johor) for factory visits or site visits?

Please inform us in advance to make prior arrangement if you need our Chauffeur to drive the vehicle outside of Singapore.
