Questions – What does your product launch event management service cover?

We cover everything from coming up with the launch event concept through to implementation. You will have a robust team readily onsite during the event to make sure everything is running smoothly. In addition, we also provide other professional services such as event emceeing, food catering, venue sourcing/recommendation, performances, decorations, cleanup, etc.

 

Question – What is the typical turnaround time from proposal through to implementation?

After our first meeting, we need about 2 weeks to prepare the proposal. Once you have approved the proposal, we will need about 1 month to prepare and implement. Do note however that there can be instances where it may take a longer time, depending on the scale of the event.

 

Question – We are concerned that our staff have no experience in running the event.

Prior to the event, our event consultant will prepare a program flow chart and run it through with your staff to ensure that everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities. Our team will also be available onsite to provide support on the product launch day.

 

Question – Can you help us with publicizing the event?

Yes. We have partnerships with experienced PR firms and can work with them to publicize your event through media press releases, electronic direct mailers, social media marketing, etc.
